The $3,500 MyFirstEV incentive is applied instantly at the dealership and built into the purchase or lease transaction, reducing the vehicle’s price before you take delivery. There’s no separate application or waiting for reimbursement, but eligible customers must complete and sign the required MyFirstEV self-attestation at the retailer.  Are Subaru hybrids eligible for MyFirstEV?
